【正信佛友会】导师，上藏下 慧法師認為 , 如杲要進行宗教情操上旳交流 , 北傳佛教可以先從導師旳著作著手 ，而 <妙雲集>可說是 上印下順導師窮一生最鉅大的完整性的著作, 很適合逐一翻譯 , 介紹給不懂中文的西方人士閞讀參考 。 因此 , 法師積極鼓勵通曉中英文 , 並對佛法有認識的佛友嘗試翻譯的工作 。 一九九四年 , 在大學裡推動佛法的過桯中 , 同學們同感翻譯 <妙雲集> 的實際需要及崇高意義 。 在法師的鼓勵及同學們的發心下，成立了 <妙雲選譯> 編譯委員會 。 主要成員為雪梨數所大學佛學社的社員與社友 . 以及華藏禪寺的成員。
法師向來注重年青人的教育, 並鼓勵及提供年青人開創自己的機會 , 希望大家能從種種學習中 , 建立起自信與自立。因此 , 希望同學們能藉著翻譯的機會，將所學付之於實踐 , 並從中得到更多佛法的利益 , 實踐大乘佛法自利利他的精神 , 信願 、 慈悲 、 智慧 , 皆得增長 。 由於佛學社每一屆的同學都不同 , 畢業後大家又散至各處`，因此，目前 , 編譯委員會以華藏禪寺為聯絡中心 ，以上「藏」下「慧」法師為導師及推動者，现任华藏寺住持「能融」法师为协调总编辑。
到今年 . 編譯委員會已出版八集 <妙雲選譯> , 第九集也正在積極的進行中 。 此翻譯工程浩大 , 需漫長的時間與耐心 。【正信佛友会】数名会友多年来也积极参于此翻译工作。 願編譯委員會的同學能持之以恆，不退道心 , 也希望更多有心人士發心參與此工作行列。

Patron of [Zheng xin Buddhist Association], Venerable Tsang Hui believes that, should one wants to carry out exchange of religious sentiment, one can start with the works of the Venerable Yin Shun for the Mahayana Buddhism. The <Collection of Miao Yun> can be said to be the most extremely complete book of the entire life of Venerable Yin Shun. It is very suitable for one-by-one translation and introduce them to Westerners who do not understand Chinese. Therefore, Venerable Tsang Hui actively encouraged Buddhist friends who are fluent in Chinese and English and at the same time have knowledge of Buddhism to try perform the translation. In 1994, during the course of promoting Buddhism in the university, the students shared the practical needs and lofty significance of translating the <Collection of Miao Yun>. With the encouragement of Venerable Tsang Hui and the expression of the students, the <Selected Translation of Miao Yun -Translation Editorial Committee> was established. The main members comprised of members and friends of several Buddhist Universities in Sydney and members of the Hwa Tsang Monastery.
Venerable Tsang Hui has always stressed on education for young people, and encouraged and provided young people with the opportunity to create their own. He hoped that the students could build self-confidence and self-reliance from all kinds of learning. Therefore, I hope that students will take the opportunity of translation to put what they have learned into practice and gain more benefits from the Dharma, and to practice the spirit of self-interest and altruism in the Mahayana Dharma. Faith, compassion, and wisdom can all grow. Since every batch of students of Buddhism society was different and everyone will be scattered everywhere after graduation. Therefore, at present, the"Translation and Editorial Committee" uses Hwa Tsang Monastery as the contact center, and Venerable Tsang Hui as the Patron and promoter. The present Abbess of Hwa Tsang Monastery, "Venerable Neng Rong" is the coordinating Editor in Chief.
By this year, the "Translation and Editorial Committee" has published eight episodes of "Selected Translations of Miao Yun" and the ninth episode is also actively in progress. This translation project is vast and requires a long time and patience。 Several members of Zheng Xin Buddhist Association have been actively involved in this translation work for many years. The Venerable hope that the students of the "Translation and Editorial Committee" will persevere and never retreat from their hearts. He also hopes that there will be more people who will express their will to participate in this work.
